Registration

If you are a new player to Wolves FC and require further information please either contact our Club Registrar on clubregistrar@wdscwolvesfc.com.au

Player registration is available online via the FFA’s myfootballclub registration system. The online registration process is available to all players in Squirts (3 to 5 year olds), MiniRoos (under 6 to under 11), Junior Competition (under 12 to 15), Senior Men (U16 and above) and Senior Women. Unfortunately, online registration is not available for the Over 35 Masters or South East Queensland players and you will have to register in person at the club.

In addition to players, all coaches, managers and volunteers at the club will also have to go through myfootballclub and register as per step 1 of the online registration process. But there are no registration fees to pay for volunteering.

Online Registration Process

There are three steps in the online registration process:

Step 1: Player Registration

Online Registration will occur through the FFA’s MyFootballClub at www.myfootballclub.com.au . Please follow the instructions in myfootballclub. Online registration is required for all players in the following age groups:

  • Squirts (3 to 5 year olds)
  • MiniRoos (Under 6 to under 11);
  • Junior Competition (Under 12 to under 18);
  • Super Youth League Players (Under 13 to 15)
  • Brisbane Premier League Players (Under 16 and above);
  • Senior Men (City League); and
  • Senior Women (City League)

Online registration is NOT available for the Over 35 Masters and South East Queensland players. For players here, you will need to register with our Club Registrar on our sign on days.

At MyFootballClub, the steps are to click on ‘Register Now’ and then ‘Player Registration’. Follow the prompts to register, with the next step to select the club – ‘Wynnum District Soccer Club Inc’; Select ‘Player’; Select the appropriate ‘Registration Package’ and click ‘add package’. At the ‘Payment’ page, you can select either ‘Pay Online’ or ‘ Manual payment at Club’.

Please note: As a requirement of Football Brisbane, all competition players (juniors through to seniors) are required to upload their individual player photo (a head and shoulders photo akin to a passport photo) as part of their player registration.

Step 2: Online Registration Fee Payment

Online registration fee payment facility is available through MyFootballClub or you may pay your registration directly to Wolves FC with direct debit or Paypal (go to our Registration Fees page). If you do not like to pay online or would like to pay in person or if you do not have access to a computer, you must attend one of our Registration Days or contact our Club Registrar. You must bring along your MyFootballClub invoice. Other payment options are available but only through the Club Registrar (A full list of payment options is found at the end of the registration fees page).

Important to Note: When paying online via Paypal, please where possible, place the Players Name, FFA Number and FFA Registration Invoice Number in the section ‘Instructions to Merchant’ to allow ease of payment and player matching in our records.

Step 3: Email Our Club Registrar

Lastly, to complete the online registration and payment process, send an email to our Club Registrar at clubregistrar@wdscwolvesfc.com.au stating the email subject as ‘Player Registration for <name of player> and attach a copy of your myfootballclub invoice and paypal emails to confirm player registration and payment.

More Important Notes:

  • All new players who have not played any Club Football before must provide proof of identity (such as a birth certificate or passport) for sighting by the Club Registrar.
  • All players must be registered and paid their registration fees before they will be allowed to play any games or train with a team.
  • All players must be registered by Sunday, 7 February 2017 to enable the necessary administration and preparation work for the season to be undertaken.
  • If you have NOT REGISTERED and/or have NOT PAID, you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY.

Player Registration Process Checklist:

1. Online registration and player photo uploaded via myfootballclub done.

2. Email received from myfootballclub confirming registration.

3. Player fee payment:

a. via Paypal done; or

b. via direct debit done; or

c. payment made at one of the sign-on days (must bring along myfootballclub invoice).

4. If online payment made, send email to Club Registrar containing details.

5. For new players, Club Registrar must sight my proof of birth such as birth certificate, passport etc (must attend one of the sign-on days).

6. Registration all done. Now pick up any football gear you need from the Wolves FC Football Shop – club shirt, socks, shorts, boots and more…

7. Alright, ready to play, now check the website for specific player age group information.
